Celebrating firemen

TIVOLI WORLD in Arroyo de la Miel will be hosting the annual Fireman’s Celebration on April 19.

The event, in its seventh year, is one of the most important for the fire brigade and not only offers thousands of visitors a great day out, but also serves to raise awareness of the vital work firemen carry out.

Firemen from all over Spain have been invited to the event, which is organised by Benalmadena’s fire brigade.

“More than 9,000 people came to the event last year, it has become a popular event to show and raise awareness of the work firemen do on a daily basis; hard, tough work they do with determination, courage and unswerving dedication to defending citizen safety,” stated Mayor Paloma Garcia Galvez, who invited everyone to go along.
