Great night planned

THE Hotel Tamisa Golf is putting on a spectacular Burns supper.

A fun night is promised with Celtic Dancers and the fantastic Stolen Gnomes Celtic band providing the entertainment for the traditional event. There will of course be a piper on hand.

Costing €39 the price of the ticket includes whisky and all wines. The delicious menu starts off with welcome drinks and Scottish canapés followed by Cock-a-Leekie soup.

Then the traditional haggis, neeps and tatties will be brought to the table before a roast of Aberdeen Angus beef.

To finish off there will be Banoffee pie.

To make a weekend of it there are overnight pack-ages available at the hotel costing from €30 a person for bed and breakfast.
