SPANISH children trust The Three Kings more than Santa Claus when it comes to gift-bringing, says survey.
Carried out by the Spanish Association of Toy Producers (AEFJ), 66.87 per cent of Spanish children chose Melchior, Gaspar and Balthazar to bring their presents on January 6.
The survey was carried out on social media platforms amongst more than 23,500 users.
Other magical figures such as the Olentzero (Basque Country) and the Tio de Nadal (Aragon and Catalonia), reached 2.8 and 2.7 per cent of children’s attention, respectively.
They ask for an average of five presents (58.4 per cent) and up to 10 presents for 32.6 per cent of this population, according to the survey.
