Walk for Life fundraiser

WALK FOR LIFE ARBOLEAS benefitted from a charity fundraiser on December 19 in Albox.

People joined the fun, singing and games at Glad Rags, which transformed into a musical extravaganza. Local singer Jill Farmiloe entertained by belting out a selection of carols, Christmas classics and ballads. People got into the spirit in festive outfits and a few were seen cutting some shapes on the improvised dance floor.

Although the final collected amount was not available at time of publication, Glad Rags owner, Jenni Rock, said the collection tin was full as people had dug deep to donate.
