More cycle lanes for Malaga

MALAGA COUNCIL is to extend the city’s bicycle path network.
An agreement to be signed by the Development and Housing Department of the Junta de Andalucia regional government and Malaga Council, will see the city’s cycle lanes network extend by 69 kilometres.
The works will be carried out between late 2014 and 2017, and will be financed by the Council (25 per cent) and the Junta with European funds (75 per cent).
