DANISH actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau will attract crowds of fans to Malaga during filming of Domino, a European co-production to be recorded next spring.

Best known for his role as the irresistible Jamie Lannister in Game of Thrones, the actor will be the great attraction of the new film that aims to create a thriller-road movie mix with a jihadist terrorism background.

The international film is to be directed by Norwegian director Hans Petter Moland and filming will be split between Copenhagen, Brussels, Bruges and Malaga, where Andalucian production company Maestranza Films confirmed that locations in the port and La Malagueta bullring have been chosen to represent old Al Andalus.

In fact the story covering terrorist threats across Europe by Islamic fundamentalists ends in Malaga, where the star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau – informally known as the handsome one from Game of Thrones – is expected to be received as passionately by fans as he was during recent filming of the show’s fifth season in Sevilla.

La Maestranza bullring is in Sevilla, not in Malaga. Check your facts.
