THE latest food craze amongst the stars is Manuka honey, which has been used by the Maori Community of New Zealand for hundreds of years.
Celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow and Scarlett Johannson are said to be big fans of the socalled super food.
Manuka honey is claimed to have anti-viral, anti-microbial and anti-bacterial properties, which can help ward off illness and improve skin conditions.
It can help soothe sore throats and be used on cuts and ulcers to aid healing.
It is also said to help digestion, boost energy and taste delicious!
