“I had been on holidays in this part of Spain since 1987 and I had always dreamt of retiring here,” he said. Like many of his customers, he fell in love with the place. “One day I realised that I wanted to live here and I moved 12 years ago.”

With so much local knowledge and connections, he founded WOW Real Estate four years ago to help others make their dream come true. “At first most of our clients were from the UK, whereas now the place is much more cosmopolitan with clients from the north of Europe and Russia as well.”
