Pistorius brother in collision

Carl Pistorius, older brother of Oscar, has been involved in a heavy crash in South Africa. The sibling of the star athlete has suffered very serious injuries after a head-on crash on the N1 motorway which is the major motorway in South Africa.

He has broken his right forearm, leg and left foot whilst receiving cuts to his heart and liver. The hospital has confirmed that although in trouble, Carl is not in any immediate danger and will recover.

The other driver was on the opposite side of the motorway when inexplicably drove onto Carl’s side of the motorway and collided straight on. Eye witness reports will fully give a picture of the incident including one colleague of Carl’s who had been following him from work. The Pistorius family are not exactly enjoying the quietest of years at the moment with the trial of Oscar Pistorius to be completed soon after the accusation that the Paralympic athlete had shot his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp knowingly while he still maintains that it was an accident.
