Booking holidays through the internet
More than 80 per cent of tourists to the Murcia Region planned their visit using the internet.
According to the Frontur-Egatur tourism report, 80.1 per cent of those who visited the region from abroad used the internet for research (64 per cent) reservations (59 per cent) and payment (56 per cent). This is higher than the national average of 65 per cent and 8 per cent higher than in 2011.
