The Spanish women’s water polo team continued its winning streak at the Barcelona 2013 FINA World Championships.
Having beaten Olympic champion USA in the quarter-finals, they then went on to beat Hungary in the semi-finals in the Bernat Picornell Pool where they won in the quarters! Their coach Miki Oca and the rest of the team kept their cool right until the end of the fourth quarter where they claimed a 12-9 victory.
They will now face Australia in the final who beat Russia in their semi-final and considering Russia is the only team to have beaten Spain in the Barcelona competition; the final should be a good one.
