TOGS played for St. George and for charity DEBRA
Sunday 21 April TOGS held a competition and charity day. It was sponsored by Martina and John Parker for both St Georges Day and to raise funds for the Charity, DEBRA (Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa Research Association), and a total of €890 has been raised so far.
Sunday was also in Celebration of St Georges Day and all players wore Red & White.
The format for the game was a BOEGY Competition.
Married couples and partners played together and remaining players were paired up as appropriate, men played off three quarters handicap and Ladies off full handicap. Each player scored an individual card and the results from each were added together giving their final score.

John & Martina very successfully managed secure the following donations:
at Los Laurales in Almunecar, a tasting menu on a Friday evening for 2 people: this was won by Mike Basham who
asked that anything he might win be auctioned, so John in his usual excellent manner
secured 35€ from Liam Dromey for this prize, thanks Liam & Ruth.
at Santa Clara Golf, Granada with Golf Nutz – 2 green fees & buggy won by Ursula Crosbie
at Baviera Golf – 2 green fees & buggy won by Dave Miles
