Chosen charity receives annual fund

HELP AT HOME (HAH) Mar Menor will hold their next fundraising event on Wednesday December 19; a Chatters Christmas Lunch at Bacchus Restaurant in Los Narejos.

This entails a three-course meal with wine and ice-breaker quiz, all for €10.75.

This follows the announcement that €6,624 has been donated to the charity from Coachtrips SL.

This money was raised through various trips organised by the company and by people purchasing raffle tickets throughout the year. Lynda Christopher, HAH Clinical lead, visited the office in San Louis to receive the final donation from Coachtrips director David Malcom, and to make the final raffle draw.

The recipient of the Christmas holiday in Benidorm for two people, plus spending money was Mrs Wheeler from Quesada.
