Volunteer features in biggest women's mag in Sweden

HITTING HEADLINES Easy Horse Care volunteer features in Swedish press

A VOLUNTEER from Easy Horse Care Rescue Centre has been featured in Sweden’s biggest women’s magazine ‘Amelia.’

Cassandra Lindahl from Sweden has visited the Centre in Rojales four times, staying for a few weeks to a few months. This bright young 21 year-old has always had a love of animals and has been riding since she was 7 years-old and was originally looking for work abroad as an au pair before she came across the website for Easy Horse Care. Since then, she has returned year after year giving her time freely to volunteer and help. She even rescued two of the Centre’s little Donkey’s Gin and Tonic, buying them to secure their future.

Co-founder Sue Weeding said, “Cassandra is an invaluable member of the team as are all our volunteers. She travels all the way from Sweden at her own cost to help here and we are delighted she has been featured in her country’s largest selling women’s magazine and it can only raise awareness and help our cause.”

For more information on Easy Horse Care Rescue Centre call Sue on 652 021 980 or email www.easyhorsecare.net or go along to the open day every Sunday from 1-4pm.
