THERE is the running of the bulls in La Pez – on the way to Granada – (Friday October 12). The bulls will be let loose at 8am and the corrida was at 4pm.
Some spectators form a visual barrier that keeps the bull from climbing further into the crowd, so danger abounds as in the blink of an eye someone can be injured.
Anyone interested in seats can email ric@torosbravos.es. The town of La Pez was written about by a German traveller called Herenieous Munster who passed through in 1492 and remarked about how good the bread was and the quality of the water.
