TOWN & COUNTRY SPAIN, estate agents based  in Pilar de la Horadada covering the Orihuela Costa and Mar Menor areas are once again showing their 100 per cent commitment to the local Spanish property market by promoting their properties at the largest UK property show Channel 4’s  ‘A Place In The Sun’ at the NEC Birmingham.

The show which takes place for three days between Friday September 28 and Sunday 30 2012 is expected to attract around 6,000 visitors. Town & Country Spain’s experience is that these potential buyers are serious about purchasing with many of them paying cash and keen to find out more about our beautiful and affordable part of Spain.

Town & Country Spain take great care to promote properties in the best possible light and find that their sales go thru’ the roof in the weeks following buyers visiting the stand at the exhibition.

Many buyers at the exhibition do not know where they want to buy their holiday home in the world, so Town & Country Spain promote the South Costa Blanca/Murcia region by giving information on lifestyle and practical matters, such as health, banking, legal advice, schooling, pets and dealing with local government depts, as well as offering the properties they have for sale.

Town & Country Spain say: “We find that this all round approach often encourages buyers to come out exclusively with us and gives potential buyers the confidence to purchase on their first visit having received so much information on the area and properties beforehand.”

If you want to sell your property then there is still time to have yours included at the exhibition and  take advantage of  showing it in front of 1000’s of keen and new buyers to the market.
