A MAN was arrested for his involvement in yet another altercation at the Baños del Carmen area in Malaga.
Residents in the area complain of constant stabbings, assaults, robberies and antisocial behaviour.
About 20 people currently live rough in the area, but the Government Sub-Delegation in Malaga has promised to move on the vagrants.
