THE first 12 official state-subsidized properties (VPO) built in the last 30 years in Alfaz del Pi will be ready by the end of the year, according to Mayor Vicente Arques.
The remaining 44 should be ready summer 2013.
The VPO are 55m2, have solar panels and cost €70,000
