A MAN who admitted to inappropriately touching a girl at Palma de Mallorca’s Medieval Market on Friday was arrested.
The girl had been walking with her parents, uncles and grandmother in the market in Passeig Sagrera, when one of the adults saw an Indian man wandering ‘suspiciously’ close to them.
When he realized the man was touching the young girl inappropriately, he slapped him.
Surprised, the man tried to flee, but one of the victim’s uncles chased after and caught him.
A security guard alerted by the commotion took charge of the suspect until police arrived.
When officers arrived the 33-year-old man admitted to the act and asked the family for forgiveness.
