Alhaurin de la Torre Prison guard attacked by transsexual inmate

A PRISON warden was attacked by a transsexual inmate at Alhaurin de la Torre Prison, who already has 48 complaints against her in 10 years.

The inmate, 33, is legally recognized as a woman, however, she has the body strength of a man and is constantly created problems, according to the prison unions, which is why she has been transferred to the prison wing for men.

In the latest attack, she allegedly grabbed the female warden by the hair, hit her against the wall and pushed her to the floor for no apparent reason before kicking her in the head and body.

The warden sustained head trauma and is on sick leave.

The inmate reportedly uses her condition as a transsexual to constantly complain that she is being discriminated against and the prison authorities are hard-pushed to know which module to leave her in, the men’s or the women’s.

Female inmates and guards complain that they are not comfortable with her presence and say she is constantly bragging about her male genitalia in the showers.

However, the authorities support that she is legally a woman and should be treated as one despite her violent outbursts.
