A FAMILY  has intensified its search for a 48-year-old expat chef missing for five days on Spain’s Costa del Sol.

Anthony (Tony) Oldham hasn't been seen since last Friday, March  23, in Plaza de España in Arroyo De la Miel, Benalmadena on the Costa del Sol.

He was due to meet his fiancée Karen Lincoln in the afternoon but he didn’t show.

Speaking exclusively to the Euro Weekly News Karen said, “Tony went to work last Friday morning and seemed fine I was due to meet him at 3pm. He left work at 2.30pm never to be seen again.

She continued, “He never returned home at all. He has no money as I had his wages. He had no passport, no paperwork, no clothes. All of his belongings are at home.

“I reported him missing to police on Saturday night. The police have circulated his picture to all police stations in Malaga.

She added, “I am really worried for his safety and state of mind he has also had personal worries lately too he has been under a lot of pressure.”

Tony is originally from Dukinfield but has lived and worked in Spain as a chef for 14 years.

He is 48-years-old, around 5 ft 5 in tall of medium build. He has mid brown shaved or very short hair.

Tony was last seen wearing blue denim cargo-type jeans, blue Adidas trainers, black polo shirt, a grey hoody and blue rain jacket.

Karen explained, “Since he had an emergency operation last September he's not been right. He was very ill for a while and he lost confidence in himself. He tried to return to work several times but was having panics attacks.

“He admitted he was feeling depressed but wouldn't seek help.

“I am really worried for his safety and state of mind. He has been under a lot of pressure lately."

Karen pleaded, “Tony, if you read this all your family, friends and Lexi miss and love you. Please come home and get the help you so need.”
If you know of Tony’s whereabouts please contact the police or call Chloe Lincoln on  692 488 407.
