CANADIAN singer Justin Bieber, 21 asked for help from his fans on December 7 to identify a girl that he had seen on social media with the message "OMG who is this!" underneath a picture of a girl who is said to look like Russian model Irina Shayk.

Although a number of girls have responded claiming that they are his mystery girl, it now appears that a 17 year old who uses the Instagram name wolfiecindy is the girl of his dreams and according to the fairly uninformative information on her Instagram account her first language is Spanish and she may come from Spain.

Cindy Kimberley as she is known posted the following comment "I so do not know how to deal with this but I only have Instagram and tumblr so whatever other stuff people are finding is fake (I did use to have a twitter account but I deactivated)” which hasn’t really helped to make things any clearer but no doubt more information will become available over the next few days.
