Alonso snubs Bieber

TOO BUSY: to meet Bieber. TOO BUSY: to meet Bieber.

SPANISH Formula 1 racing star, Fernando Alonso, has turned down the chance to meet Canadian singer and heart-throb Justin Bieber.

In a move that would outrage millions of teenage girls worldwide he snubbed the Canadian pop singer saying that he was “too busy” preparing for the Monaco Grand Prix to meet him.

While the singer has more than 50 million fans worldwide, on social networks, and even celebrities, including actor Ryan Gosling and TV personality Kim Kardashian, desperate to meet him. Alonso is evidently not a fan as he avoided the star when they both coincided in Monaco.

Alonso came fourth in the race and it wasn’t all bad for Bieber either as he got to take a selfie with Formula 1 president Bernie Ecclestone.

I give Alonso credit for good taste.
