THE Presidents Club International has long been an organisation that stands for quality, support and professionalism on the Costa del Sol.

Founded by Kevin Harwood as a multi-lingual support network for community presidents in desperate need of advice, The Presidents Club now combines within itself a knowledgeable group of professionals, service providers, administrators and expert president coordinators who can advise, mentor and consult on the often difficult legal nuances and bureaucratic issues that befall the presidents of local communities in Spain.

It was Kevin’s vision that experience and enthusiasm come together in a constructive, practical and helpful way, and, as a result, this extraordinarily successful and exclusive service has been helping communities across the coast achieve the dream of making Spain the perfect place to live since 2014.

Having achieved astronomical success, a reputation for excellence and fairness, and having helped hundreds of presidents effectively manage and represent the needs of their communities, The Presidents Club is ready to fulfil the next step of its evolution and they are proud to announce this new and exciting stage of development; its services are now available to everyone!

With the introduction of The Residents Club, and upgrade of The Presidents Concierge International, many more, new members, whether they are the leaders of their communities or not, will be able to enjoy the benefits of The Residents Club Membership, whilst current presidents receive the usual excellent and dedicated level of service.

Furthermore, services, as always, will remain absolutely free of charge. Having collected an outstanding reservoir of legal and administrative problem-solving experience, it seemed only natural to extend these wonderful benefits to residents, non-residents, owners, tenants and holidaymakers alike.

The Residents Club is committed to ensuring that all individuals, whether pertaining to a community or not, receive the same help, advice and support as community presidents, truly committing to improving the quality of life on the Spanish coast.

Membership for both The Residents Club and The Presidents Concierge International remains completely free, offering exceptional service and guidance.

Its website, as well as Live Chat service, can assist with all matter of queries and provide information on your local town hall, dealing with local authorities and day-to-day issues, supply news about upcoming events, and provide fabulous money-saving offers and discounts on a range of products from TPCI’s trusted and vetted business members and partners. Presidents will continue to receive the same exclusive treatment and access to experts and tremendous money-saving opportunities via our Presidents Concierge Service!

This will include social events throughout the year, unlimited use of the TPCI website, presidents meetings to discuss specific issues and solutions, specialist seminars on a range of important topics such as debt collection, community accounts, local by-laws and licences, and informal coffee mornings, where presidents can drop in for a chat.

The Presidents Club is now for everyone and is still absolutely free; together, we can make our community better! To join us, or for more information, please consult the website www.tpci.es , or call us on 951 40 24 34.
