Don’t let pain spiral out of control

HEALING: The Bodyworks Clinic. HEALING: The Bodyworks Clinic.

Another beautiful December morning on the Costa del Sol and two women are going about their day. It’s the aftermath of Christmas and they have a lot on their minds.

Although they haven’t met, both women are remarkably similar, coming from the same town back home, marrying their teenage loves and forging a new life in Spain with their families. Bursting with dreams and desires, they had set about their adventures with verve and energy and, though life had worked its magic in different ways, the world was at their feet.

Today, however, even a stranger could see a big difference between the two. One was serenely enjoying the weather with the day under control. The other, well she hadn’t slept a wink, her nails were bitten and those wild eyes were desperately scanning the horizon for the next problem to unfold.

So what happened? How can we explain such a drastic difference?

After all it’s Christmas time and they’ve both been under immense pressure. You’ve got to go shopping for presents, there’s cards to send out, so much food to buy, all your bills have skyrocketed, and everyone is expecting Christmas to magically materialise without lifting a finger.

Pain. Stress. Migraines.

These are physical problems that can be brought on by a frantic mind. And like most problems, your life can change the second you realise there is something you can do about it.

Our first lady realised that. She sought help and she discovered that, with the help of a real professional, she could identify the root causes of her pain. Most importantly she understood when it comes to your body, you cannot just dismiss pain as part and parcel of normal Christmas stress.

She became empowered because she took action. She said yes to help and discovered that just around the corner, there was an expert clinic offering high quality natural treatment for all the pain.

The Bodyworks Clinic is a unique institution with a team of dedicated specialists led by the renowned Estelle Mitchell. The clinic focuses on diagnosis and prevention of common but serious problems such as migraines, and physical pain in the neck, back and elsewhere. With a wide range of holistic treatments available, Estelle and her fellow experts prefer a non-surgical, consultative approach.

It is this passion for empathy and understanding that has brought The Bodyworks Clinic a powerful reputation for healing pains that had been given up on. Estelle knows that this success is built on an appreciation of the human nature of pain, and that the healing process often begins with the simple knowledge you are not alone.
