An oasis of peace and comfort

NEW CONCEPT: The park has unveiled a three-month residential option. NEW CONCEPT: The park has unveiled a three-month residential option.

OASIS Caravan Park Albir has been established since 1980; in fact, it was one of the original mobile home parks on the Costa Blanca, and is run by Shaun and Chris Wilson.

It is set in a peaceful, residential suburb in Albir and is close to all amenities and only a short drive to Benidorm.

Oasis is one of the very few mobile home parks where owners can stay 12 months of the year and although there are many residents that use the park as their own home away from home, many stay the whole year round. It has its very own bar, The Pineapple, which is now run by Laura, the daughter of Shaun and Chris. As well as drinks it serves food and there are regular activities like quiz nights, Karaoke and of course the ever popular Fish and Chip Fridays. There is a well-appointed sun terrace where you can relax and enjoy a cold drink.

A good-sized swimming pool is available for those who enjoy a few lengths, as well as a gymnasium and a bubbling Jacuzzi.

In addition to the traditional mobile home business, Oasis has unveiled a new concept to owning your own holiday home in Spain. Home Share is a system which allows you to purchase a selected three-month period which will be yours for the next 10 years for as little as £3,000, plus annual fees. The year is divided January-March, April-June, July-September, and October-December. The choice of homes ranges from one to two bedrooms and all the mobile homes are fitted out to a high standard.

Once you have chosen your preferred option, you select the annual fee package that suits you. There are three packages which all include the annual ground rent plus different add-ons.

The atmosphere at Oasis Parks at Albir is one of tranquillity. They have a no pets policy and children are only present when they are visiting a relative. The whole site is fenced in and there is a security barrier to stop anyone wandering in. One resident, Jim, has been living at the park for 34 years and said he would not live anywhere else.

So if you have ever dreamed of owning your own Oasis in Spain then contact Shaun or Chris at Oasis Parks Albir and make your dreams a reality.
