The community is located close to a bus stop which has a route that runs the length of Mojacar beach front and there are many bars and restaurants which are all within walking distance of the apartment and the beach is less than a stones throw away. Community fees are 60€ per month making this an ideal holiday home for either investment or personal and family use.
