LA TIENDA DE BASILIO RUBIO in Albox has a wide variety of products available for your pets at the friendly family run shop which has been trading for more than 30 years.

Basilio Rubio has been in the shop for 16 years, eventually taking over from his father before him when he retired due to ill health. Basilio breeds canaries and other birds at home, as well as owning a cat. He also has his own aquariums and a Spanish water dog that is often seen in the shop.

The shop stocks high quality and respected food brands as well as an assortment of snacks for cats and dogs.

There is also an excellent range of pet accessories including aquariums, cages, toys and beds for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, rodents and other pets. It would be very difficult for any pet owner to pop in without picking up something for their pet.

There is a great assortment of fish, birds and rodents and the shop is in contact with reputable breeders to get any dog with confidence and assurance.

Customer trust is their highest priority, and they pride themselves on offering the best value which brings customers from as far afield as Baza, Huercal-Overa, Garrucha and Mojacar. Basilio’s customer base is a good mix of nationalities that return time and again to this trusted little shop.
