PRESTIGIOUS WORK: Antonio of Martinez de la Casa making a speech on the inauguration of his company’s sole exhibition at the Auditorium Infanta Doña Elena.

ANTONIO MARTINEZ believes he was born to be an architect and his childhood ambitions became a reality very early on in life when he first started working within an architects’ studio from the age of 14.

He has since studied and learned the industry and become one of the most renowned professionals in south-east Spain.

Running his own studio from Aguilas for 11 years, Antonio’s Martinez de la Casa Architects is a leading and highly reputable practice operating across Alicante, Murcia and Almeria provinces.

The company has been recognised and awarded within Spain and abroad for its engaging approach to public environments and innovative design with Antonio believing the reason for their success is that “we give the best of ourselves.”

Passionate and enthu-siastic about creating the right space for clients and staying true to his architectural beliefs, Antonio has worked on numerous high profile projects including Aguilas Town  Hall and Aquarium, the archaeological museum of Aguilas and the town’s casino as well as restoration of the Tebar Medieval Castle and Cope Medieval Chapel.

But private projects are just as important and Martinez de la Casa will fully oversee your villa project, working to your specific details and ensuring everything is completed on schedule and with the correct licences.

As members of the Forensic Experts of the Murcia College of Architects (COAMU) the company provides full surveys and assessments, appraisals, valuations, property reports and assistance with judicial tribunals.  Antonio said they do more legalisation docu-ments and retrospective licences than any other company within these areas: “We are experts in the field of retrospective licences which are very quick and affordable. We have issued over 5,000 between retrospective, occupation/habitation licences, appraisals and Energy Performance Certificates.”

For any property query, from renovations to a complete new build or to get a habitation certificate, call the best and call Martinez de la Casa Architects.

Providing a fully bilingual service, they offer first class services across all architectural fields.
