OP Group serving customers since 2006

AUTUMN is traditionally a great time to sell your property and you will get no better service or dedication than with the OP Group Spain.

Established since 2006, the family run real estate company is currently looking for more properties to add to its portfolio.

The company opened its first office in urbanisation La Marina.

Since then, the successful business model has seen two further offices open in Gran Alacant and then Algorfa.

Stuart Markham runs the Algorfa office, partner Samantha O’Connor runs La Marina while her father Steve Austin is based in Gran Alacant. Together, the trio control and manage hundreds of rental and resale properties and clients. Stuart said: “If you have a property to sell we provide transparent pricing, (our commission rate is 3 per cent) fair market valuation and a sales outlet through our network of offices, agents and global marketing methods.”

OP Group Spain are also experts in property rental. The company is registered with the Spanish Tourist Board Lettings Association and they work closely with local town halls.

They are specialists in golf property rental and have a wide selection of homes perfectly placed next to PGA standard courses. When renting through OP Group Spain, the client is looked after with cheap car hire available and help and advice offered for the duration of their stay, whether renting short or long term, the property owner is equally looked after. Stuart says: “If you have a property that you would like to rent out to generate an income, we provide unmatched marketing methods, arbitration agreements, Spanish legal contracts, full property management and a complete professional service.”

A full service team is in place and legal and building services are available so owners can rest assured their home is in safe hands.

Their main properties are in La Marina, Gran Alacant and Algorfa, but they are now expanding further and taking on new properties in the Villamartin and Las Ramblas area.

To view properties available for rent or to buy, visit www.opgroupspain.com or call your nearest office and speak to one of the expert and experienced staff members.

La Marina on 966 795 422; Gran Alacant on 966 697 438 or Algorfa on 966 729 653.
