PUNJABI PALACE is preparing to celebrate Diwali with tickets for their special evening now available.

Diwali, known as the Festival of Lights, is one of the most well-known of the Hindu festivals.

This five day festival honours the goddess of wealth and marks the end of the harvest season with people giving thanks for the harvest and praying for more to come and a successful year for all businesses. The festival also celebrates the victory of good over evil and light over darkness and Punjabi Palace in Los Montesinos, La Murada and La Marquesa will be celebrating it in style.

All three of these popular award winning restaurants are hosting a special Diwali night where tickets cost €25 each. This includes popadoms and dips, any starter and any main dish with rice or naan and unlimited beer, house wine or soft drinks.

There will be Bollywood dancers, bhangra and even karaoke so you can really celebrate Diwali in style.

The Diwali Special Menu is at Los Montesinos on October 22, La Marquesa October 23 and La Murada on October 24, so choose your favourite local Punjabi Palace and book now, or, why not go to all three!

No matter which restaurant you choose, the quality of the food remains constant as the talented chefs use spices from all different regions of India and cook food to suit all tastes from very hot to mild.

There are the usual bhunas and baltis, tandooris and tikkas, but also different dishes to tempt your taste buds including lamb khumbwala and prawn karahi. But if the wide menu choice is a little daunting, the friendly, award winning front of house staff are always on hand to advise.
