New yacht Optimist of London II sails in

AFTER six successful seasons on the Costa Tropical, Optimist of London has now retired from service and the owner/skipper Stephen and his crew are pleased to announce the arrival of their new luxury catamaran Optimist of London II, an ocean going Lagoon 380.

The new yacht arrived in the home port of Marina del Este after a successful three week delivery passage from Greece, stopping off in Italy, Sicily, Sardinia and finally arriving on mainland Spain.

Stephen from Sail and Stay is delighted with the catamaran which boasts four double cabins, a huge interior saloon, an outdoor dining cockpit area, two toilets, three showers with hot and cold running water and a large deck area with upholstered cushions for guests to lay out, relax and take in the breathtaking views as the yacht cruises along our beautiful coastline.

This luxury yacht features unparalleled levels of comfort and is fitted with all modern safety and navigational equipment, including lifejackets, radar, colour chartplotters, autopilot, and a fully equipped galley where the crew prepare a complimentary gourmet buffet for guests to enjoy onboard with all drinks included.

You can also take the opportunity to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters, or take a ride in the yacht’s high speed zodiac with the fun inflatable toys when the yacht drops anchor for lunch/ dinner.

Stephen and his crew have built up an enviable reputation for a professional, quality service and has been voted the #1 Local Day Trip Attraction on TripAdvisor. He and his crew look forward to welcoming back past and new guests aboard this luxury catamaran this summer.

The new yacht is ideally suited for celebrations of all kinds, and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

It can be booked exclusively for family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, stag and hen parties or you can call Stephen to reserve a place and join in with others onboard.

For larger groups, Stephen can organise additional yachts that sail together in a flotilla. The new yacht departs every day from Marina del Este, La Herradura and offers a choice of three or six-hour all-inclusive cruises, as well as longer excursions to Marbella, Gibraltar, Portugal or Morocco.

A word of advice; Stephen and his crew are sure to be busy this summer so please book early to avoid disappointment.
