Fastighetsbyran is selling a home a day

By Thursday, 14 August 2014 16:38 0

FASTIGHETSBYRAN are selling on average, a home a day. Yours could be next.

This Swedish real estate agency based in the Torremarina Commercial Centre, Torrevieja, is the obvious choice for property owners wanting to sell.

Sales leader Nina Gisslen said: “We are still selling and the sales curve is going up and we are selling on average at least one property a day.”

Traditionally June and July are slightly quieter sales months but Nina said they have bucked the trend this year: “We have had a very positive June and July and last month we sold 26 properties.”

Targeting the strong and growing Scandinavian market, the company, which was established in Sweden in 1966 with over 200 offices and a network of nine Spanish offices, advertises extensively in Sweden and across Scandinavia as well as attending regular large trade fairs and exhibitions. They also have a database of around 3,000 active property searchers which means for sellers, their properties are being viewed by the people ready and wanting to buy. It also means that on many occasions Fastighetsbyran Torrevieja take on properties which are then sold before even officially being listed as they know they have clients waiting for just that exact property.

“We are always looking for new properties, especially town houses and detached villas, with communal pools, south facing and two or three bedrooms that are good prices.” Resales are their primary business but they also have a range of new builds working with reputable builders and promoters as Nina explains: “We currently are selling a lot in the Mil Palmeras area, there are a lot of nice new developments by the beach front with very good prices.”

For buyers and sellers, knowing that Fastighetsbyran is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swedbank, Sweden’s largest bank and one of the most well-known brands in the country, they are safe in the knowledge they will be looked after throughout the whole process and the Torrevieja team are amongst the best, winning numerous awards within the company for property selling. They can offer a full legal service and put you in touch with reputable companies and legal representatives.

The office is open Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm, but appointments are available outside these hours. For more information and to discuss how your property could be sold quickly and easily, call now.
