Formula 1 renews contract with Abu Dhabi until 2030

Three new police officers have been appointed following the restructuring of the force, with the new staff being promoted internally.
The new officers of the Local Police of Almuñécar began their duties on January 1st having completed their seven weeks training at the Police Academy. The three new officers, Juan José Medina Castillo, Marina Sánchez García and José Manuel López Terrón, were sworn in by the head of police at the municipal offices.
The event was attended by the Councillors of Security and Human Resources, Francisco Robles and Rafael Caballero, respectively, as well as the Head of the Local Police, Manuel Ledesma.
Speaking on behalf of the council, the Mayoress Trinidad Herrera Lorenteon wished the officers all the success in their new roles saying: “we are sure your appointments will be contribute to the well-being of all the residents, who will we have no doubt welcome and support you.”
