Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil has been rushed to hospital after falling off stage during a concert with his solo band.

Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil was performing at the Monsters on the Mountain Festival, Tennessee, last night, October 15, when the freak accident happened.

According to reports, Vince had only performed a few songs when he fell through a gap between the stage and one of the speakers.

He was reportedly helped up by a crew member and hobbled off stage.

He was apparently later taken by ambulance to a hospital for X-rays.

Members of his band claimed Vince was “in pain” and feared he had broken several ribs.

Vince’s injuries have yet to be confirmed, but bassist Dana Strum apparently told the crowd “he can’t breathe.”

Dana reportedly said: “The truth is – Vince fell and broke ribs when he fell.”

“He can’t breathe and he’s gonna get dealt with medically.”

“He was so excited to be here. He lives in Tennessee. But he was willing to stick it out and tough it out when the people back here were telling him, ‘Don’t do it.’”

“Let’s have one good round of applause, please, for this guy.”

The band carried on without him and recruiting guitarist Jeff Blando to sing for the rest of the set.

Heavy metal DJ and broadcaster Eddie Trunk tweeted: “Get well @thevinceneil!”

“Vince slipped and fell off the stage tonight at Monsters on the Mountain here in Pigeon Forge.”

“Vince had been moving & singing great before the accident. He’s at hospital now getting care & X Rays. More when I hear. Get well VN!”
