James ‘Arg’ Argent shows off staggering seven stone weight loss on a Spanish beach.

The Only Way Is Essex star has been enjoying the sun in Spain and has shown of his staggering weight loss. James made a decision to change his life after he hit a record 27 stone. He went all out in his battle to lose weight and even underwent gastric surgery, and this seems to be paying off.

James is looking fantastic on the beach in Spain and seems confident too. He is preparing at the moment to swim the English Channel and looks confident and comfortable in the water.

Speaking to the Sun a friend recently said: “James has never felt better in his life and the weight has dropped off far more quickly than he ever expected.

“It’s made him realise he can lose even more weight so he plans to just go for it. The only downside is he is having to buy a whole new wardrobe.”

James hit the point where he could not even look at himself in the mirror without struggling. He had gained a considerable amount of weight during the ongoing pandemic. “It felt horrible, I was always extremely uncomfortable, I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror,” said James previously.

“It felt depressing and it just wasn’t me. Now I’m starting to feel like myself again and I’m excited about what the future is going to bring.

“It was scary being 27 stone… It was serious, doctors were telling me how dangerous it was… I knew it was something I had to address pretty quickly.”
