The Ministry of Development, Infrastructure and Land Management has put out to tender three actions to improve energy efficiency in housing developments for rent in the centre of Malaga.
The tender covers 109 homes for rent, owned by the Andalucian Housing and Rehabilitation Agency, which will benefit from improvements thanks to European funds.
The new tenders are budgeted at €568,111 euros and bids must be submitted by September 21.
The aims to improve energy efficiency in order to reduce energy consumption in homes and contribute to the fight against the risk of energy poverty and social exclusion.
