Ryanair, the first airline in Europe, has announced a major cabin crew recruitment campaign in Spain, while the airline continues to recover and strengthen after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Ryanair has renewed its association with Crewlink, a company specialising in cabin crew recruitment and training. The training will take place in the most advanced cabin crew training centres in Europe and is scheduled to be ready before next summer 2022.

In addition, Ryanair recently received its first Boeing 737-8200 Gamechanger aircraft, which will help the company to reduce costs, fuel consumption, noise and CO2 emissions. This investment in a new fleet reinforces Ryanair’s environmental commitment, positioning it as the greenest and cleanest airline in Europe, and also creates these new job opportunities for cabin crew.

Mark Duffy, Deputy Director HR- Head of Talent at Ryanair, said: “We are very pleased to announce this cabin crew recruitment campaign with positions available in Spain, as well as at other Ryanair bases in Europe and the UK.

“These incredible opportunities offer candidates not only the chance to land the best cabin crew jobs in the aviation industry, but also the opportunity to work with the largest airline in Europe where hard work is rewarded with promotional opportunities. Our cabin crew enjoy free, first-class training, good pay, industry-leading shift rotations, and exceptional career development.

Throughout the pandemic, Ryanair has worked closely with our people to preserve jobs and we are delighted to begin planning for a return to growth in the coming years as we recover from the Covid-19 crisis and grow to reach 200 million passengers in fiscal 2026. Certainly, the right candidates will have to have excellent customer service skills and love to travel.”
