ADECCO offers almost 100 hospitality jobs on the Costa Del Sol. The human resources company Adecco is looking for almost 100 people in the province of Malaga for an immediate start in the hospitality sector, specifically in various municipalities on the Costa del Sol including Marbella, Torremolinos and Estepona.
As reported by la Opinion de Malaga, waiters, managers, deputy managers, chefs and kitchen assistants are the most sought profiles at the moment for this selection process that coincides with the opening of the summer campaign. Adecco Malaga consultants will be at the EXE Estepona hotel this coming Thursday, June 10, conducting individual and group interviews with candidates interested in the positions. Adecco has stated “This is a great opportunity for all those passionate about hospitality and who have immediate availability. Both full-time and part-time contracts are offered, 40 hours and 20 hours a week, respectively.”
Successful candidates for the waiter positions will have a number of duties to fulfil such as, to help serve, set up and dismantle service, tray handling, serve customers; the replacement of the product; and perform lunch and dinner service. Other requirements for this role include a minimum experience of one year in four and five-star hotels, training in catering and a good command of English and a high level of French.
As for the chef position, the duties of the employees will be the supervision, preparation, dressing and presentation of dishes; the realisation of elaboration in the different items according to the demand of the service; and participation in the control of supply, conservation and storage of merchandise.
