ALMERIA has more children than any other Andalucia province.
The latest report from Andalucia’s Childhood Observatory revealed that 20 per cent of the province’s 720,000 inhabits are under 18.
In 2020 Almeria province’s 145,711 minors represented 9 per cent of all the children living in Andalucia.
Almeria City, with 39,387 minors had the greatest number last year, followed by Roquetas (21,679), El Ejido (19,517), Vicar (5,914), Adra (4,929, Huercal de Almeria (4,644), Huercal-Overa (3,831), Vera (3,776) and Cuevas del Almanzora (3,063).
