Diputacion visit for Teulada-Moraira's new mayor

PLANS are being pushed through to speed up improvements to Teulada-Moraira.

Raul Llobell, now Teulada-Moraira mayor following the censure motion against his predecessor Rosa Vila, accompanied by Public Services councillor, Jose Antonio Bisquert, recently visited the provincial council, the Diputacion, in Alicante City.

Here they met Alejandro Morant, who heads the Diputacion’s Roads department, to discuss widening the road that links Teulada with Moraira which is considered one of the most pressing future projects.


Work is due to start on the first phase, the section commencing in Teulada’s Plaza Gabriel Miro,  Llobell and Bisquert learnt.

Thanking the Diputacion, Llobell said that improving and widening the road that links both parts of the town was much-needed and “vitally important.”
