RINCON DE LA VICTORIA Council has announced it will fix the Los Almendros sports facilities.


The council said it would spend €4,991 to fix the Rincon de la Victoria sports facilities.
According to Rincon de la Victoria council, it will replace the fencing around the track at the facilities, costing €4,991.
Councillor Antonio Jose Martin said: “It will soon be replaced around all the perimetre of the tracks.”
The council said an area of ​​23 linear metres by 4 metres high will be repaired. The company awarded the works has a budget of €4,991.
The mayor of Rincon de la Victoria, Francisco Salado spoke about, “the commitment of this council to offer our residents optimal municipal facilities for sports, with continuous maintenance and conservation tasks.”
The news comes after Rincon de la Victoria hosted the sixty-fifth edition of the Spanish Junior Women’s Indoor Hockey Championship.

Councilor Martin praised, “the interest of the event from the tourist point of view since all these teams will be accommodated in hotel facilities in the municipality under strict sanitary measures.”
President of the La Candelaria Hockey Club, Maria Carmen Barea, said: “This event is an opportunity for the municipality and hockey given the dimension of this championship, and we thank the council for supporting our sport.”
