With many keen fans still waiting to get their hands on a PS5, the boss of PlayStation has vowed to keep supplies into the UK moving. The next UK company that is expected to restock their supply is Smyths Toys.

PS5 chief Jim Ryan is hoping to keep the UK’s gamers happy and explained that recently the UK has seen a “considerable amount” of consoles being supplied. He then went on to explain that more stock will be coming in the next few weeks and months.

Speaking to GQ magazine he explained that, ”We’re doing our best. I was just looking at the supply figures for the UK – we put a considerable amount of product into the UK market last week. That will continue over weeks and months to come.”

Smyths Toys hope to delight fans and have stock in this week, and have already been inviting customers to place their pre-orders via their website.

After that though, next in line for supplies of the much awaited console are thought to be Argos and Amazon, as both retailers hope that during the next few days they will have more stock.

According to TechRadar, fans will soon be able to get their hands on the console at Amazon and they posted that, “According to our sources, it’ll be next week at Amazon.”
