Castelvines y Monteses is a spectacular theatre festival coming to the Alicante Principal Theatre on Sunday, January 24.
This play by Lope de Vega is putting Lope’s verse, Bandello’s story, the play of Rojas Zorrilla’s version, Shakespeare’s flight and Quevedo’s acidity at the service of a show full of humour, play, music, magic, clown and dance.
It is almost a circus show, for the whole family, that brings us closer to the golden age of theatre.
