Royal mailboxes have been installed across Almuñecar offering kids a direct line to the Three Kings.
THE mailboxes are located in the Plaza de la Constitución and in the town’s schools until December 22 and in other squares until January 4.
The arrival of Their Majesties from the East is getting closer every day, and the council is urging children to get their letters ‘posted’ quickly.
“The mailboxes have been installed to facilitate the task of the ‘Royal Postman’ so that all the boys and girls of Almuñécar can deposit their letters in time for January 6,” said Councilor for Fiestas, Alberto García Gilabert.
The Royal Mailboxes will be installed in Plaza Constitución, Plaza Madrid, Carrera de la Concepción, Plaza Magnolios, Plaza de Los Higuitos and Plaza del Acuario.
Meanwhile, Santa Claus will visit the town on December 21, 22 and 23, stopping off in Plaza Madrid from 5pm to 8pm.
Covid health and security measures must be respected.
