Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton have regularly gathered the public’s attention for their chic wardrobes and effortlessly stylish hair and make-up looks and their influence has not gone unnoticed as many royal enthusiasts hope to get tips from the Duchesses.

Both royals have now landed on a list of the most influential celebrities in the make-up industry, that is according to research by online premium beauty retailer LOOKFANTASTIC. The recent study analysed which celebrities have had their make-up looks searched by Google the most times this year.

The Duchess of Sussex was the sixth most searched celebrity, with her sister-in-law ranking as the seventh most searched. Meghan also shot ahead of celebrities including Michelle Keegan and Kourtney Kardashian in the top 10 list.

In Finding Freedom, a book written by Scobie and Durand, it was reported that Meghan and Kate’s relationship outside of work never progressed much. A source apparently told the authors that Kate felt that they didn’t have much in common “other than the fact that they lived at Kensington Palace.”
