€1 million to boost employment prospects in Velez Malaga

Europe has awarded Velez- Malaga €1 million to boost employment prospects.
COUNCILLOR for Business and Employment, María José Roberto, said the cash from the European Social Fund will be used to create an employment program.
“This will benefit almost 300 people; 225 participants, plus trainers, tutors, coordinators, as well as associated personnel for the correct development of the program.”
“We also want to promote social inclusion, fight against poverty and any other form of discrimination and for this, the Local Autonomous Organisation for Integral Development of the Municipality of Velez-Malaga (OALDIM) is on board.
“It has designed a program of integrated insertion itineraries to create more opportunities for growth and employment, obtaining certificates of professionalism for different disadvantaged groups ”.
