Watch: A fire truck from the Elda County Park overturns at a roundabout

The Elda Regional Fire Brigade truck overturned at around 7 pm on Wednesday, November 25, resulting in all of the water it was carrying emptying all over the road.
Thankfully, no other vehicles were involved and the driver, who was the sole occupant of the truck, left the emergency services vehicle unharmed.

The accident, which caused some panic and chaos among local residents, according to reports, believing there had been an explosion, although one resident managed to catch the event on video.

Another fire truck and the Red Cross quickly arrived at the scene. Petrer Local Police were already in the area controlling the exits and entrances to Elda-Petrer.
The accident caused long queues of cars entering and leaving Petrer.
