Porn director facing seven years for child pornography

PORN actor and film director, Ignacio Allende, better known as Torbe, is facing seven years in prison for distribution and possession of child pornography.

The charges date back to 2016, and although there is no date set so far for the trial, it is estimated that it will take place in late 2021.

He is facing charges of forcing minors into prostitution, which he denies.

More recently, in October, he and two other people were fined for getting around 50 people to gather at a location in Madrid to shoot a porn scene with no permits and no health measures despite the coronavirus restrictions. They were discovered by National Police.

Back in April 2016, he was remanded in prison for pornography, human trafficking, money laundering and tax crimes. He was released six months later after posting bail of €100,000.

The investigation was launched following a complaint from a minor, who claimed that ‘Torbe’ had promised her a lot of money if she went to a luxury hotel in Madrid to meet a woman and two footballers that she identified as Iker Muniain and David de Gea. Videos with sexual content of the girl were sent to other people and released online. The director and the footballers denied the events.
