Cremation Ashes Found by Urban Explorers in Lincolnshire

CREMATION ashes have been found in Lincolnshire in an old caravan by urban explorers.

The ashes were found in an old caravan near an abandoned farmhouse. The urban explorers were carefully searching the area and exploring on Sunday 15, when they came across the cremation ashes in an old caravan.

The explorers would like to see the ashes returned to the family. Lincolnshire Live spoke to one of the explores, Ash Bellamy, who told them “We explored a garage then came across the house and got inside, not breaking in or damaging anything.

“After the house we found a caravan. We got inside that and while having a look around we came across the urn of ashes.

“The name on the urn was Laura Parker who had died on April 28, 2005.

“I was wondering if there’s anything I could do to try and find the family so the ashes are not disrespected and get lost – we did leave the ashes at the building.”

Urban exploration is growing in popularity, at times it can be dangerous. Explorers try to show respect to the places they visit and leave them “untouched”.
